Equestria Girls Kelpy

I used a reference for accurate proportions, but other than that, all my own work. On Inkscape. 

And now to explain the things 
I gave her Mary-Janes, as they are cute but more sensible. Felt like boots, as is typical of EG, would be too much. The shiny, black leather that is typical of the school style can be reminiscent of her hooves too.
Her ankle socks have the leaves effect, to remind of her leafy fetlocks. Plus are cute :3
Next her skirt. I gave her a kilt style skirt, due to the Kelpie's connection to both all of the British Isles. It also has a distinct wrapped style that I'll explain further on.
The hoodie. I wanted the hoodie to remind of her pelt and fetlocks again (hence the green cuffs), but also give that shy, hiding feeling that is a core part of her personality. It probably has her CM on the back.
The tiny cropped top may seem revealing, but here comes the core feel behind her outfit. Her clothes are warn over swimwear. The top is a sports-bra style bikini top. I wanted her outer clothes to be easy to remove as swimming is what Kelpy does a lot.
